This Privacy Notice was adopted and brought into effect by Power Innovate Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) in order to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), and in particular with Article 12 thereof, which requires the implementation of measures ensuring transparent information.
The purpose of this Notice is to ensure that the Data Controller provides data subjects with all information concerning the processing of personal data required from data controllers under the Regulation in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form, using clear and plain language.
